Normally Talla prefers to play new progressive tunes, but with no doubt he followed the call of worlds biggest Trance event, the "Trance Energy". In march 09, in the town of utrecht (near amsterdam), more than 30.000 trancefans appeared to render hommage to their favourite artists.

Not only that Talla 2XLC was one of the lucky players, he played a bunch of special edits for that night which he prepared especially for Trance Energy. Talla presented some breathtaking new reworks of "Elektrochemie LK - Schall" , "Cosmic Gate - Fire Wire" and a absolute stunning new version of "Faithless - Insomnia"! Together with a new 2009 pre-remix of his trancemonster "Shine", Talla 2XLC easily prooved that he is one of the most talented artist of all time.
