Big Update on Talla 2XLCs Labels!

Since January Talla is back on track with his 2 Labels "tetsuo" and "electric". Read all about here.

Talla 2XLC - what happened and happens in 2008 - a big news update.

As 2008 begun, Talla knew he would be heading into another great year after the successful relaunch of his label "Tetsuo". Having already established itself back in the nineties as one of the worlds most infamous Trance labels, "Tetsuo" is back with a bang in the form of its first release. In January this year, Talla teamed up with Sean Tyas as they unleashed "Heart to Heart" into the world. This was the first release on Tetsuo, and attracted a lot of attention in the dance music community.

So having the gifted ear of recognizing big tunes, Talla set forth in the direction of head A & R for Tetsuo and successfully signed his next track from the creative mind of Japanese sensation, Nish. Again, "Blue Sunshine" was launched and brought more attention toward the label, and lead Beatport and Track It Downs Trance Charts for many weeks. Shortly there after, Talla gave birth to a second label called "Electric", revealing his second passion for down tempo electro, house / Trance cross over. The first signing to "Electric" was Canadian super star Deadmau5 for the German Territory and Talla included a nice trance re-work for "Not Exactly" in the release.

Shortly thereafter, Talla and his production partner Ace put together a monster anthem "Redrum" which is still being pumped out by Tiesto, and many others. As the summer hit, Talla was on the look out for his next best tune which came in the shape of a Washington DC based duo called Majai. It took no time at all for "Phoria" to pick up some steam and within no time, it was making its way through the hands of the top jocks, and was licensed by PVD and Markus Schulz for their Ibiza compilations.

Talla then headed back into the studio along with Sweden's own Carl B. and vocal sensation Katie Marne and recently released the track, "Giving Up, Giving In". This vocal smash has already rocketed up the charts of the leading Legal MP3 download portals, and comes equipped with a tasty remix by Sean Tyas, and another by Ace Da Brain. No time to slow down yet as Talla is set to release next track "Doom", made  by his new production partner, Slovakian sensation Robert Burian.

Now as the seasons begin to change, and we say goodbye to summer, Talla is set to launch an arsenal of new tracks on his labels Tetsuo and Electric.

In the coming months we will see Denga vs Manus release "Lost Loves" (already known for their great Vengeance project on Armada), followed by Paul Millers "Motion Bleur", which was pounded by Armin, Tiesto, Above and Beyond etc.

Detroit's infamous producer Kenneth Thomas will also be adding an unbelievable vocal smash to Tetsuo with singer Betsy Larkin, as he releases "Stronger Creature", which will also feature remixes by Talla 2XLC, Darude, Topher Jones and more.

Lets not forget that Talla 2XLC has his solo projects on the go with "Breathe Music", and recently completed work with vocalist Susana, (known for her work on such classics as "Darkside of the Moon" and Armin's "Shivers" and "If you Should Go".) This masterpiece production named "Talla 2XLC feat. Susana - I Know", is destined to be a big hit, as it is supported with remixes from Paul Miller, California's Electro Stars "Dirty Fregs", and Kenneth Thomas.

Tetsuo will also continue with Talla's side projects, as he offers his passion for progressive sounds with the term "talla Krossover", which is a side of Talla, near and dear to his heart. The first track will be called "Dante's Peak", a harsh pumping tune, that will be combined with a masterful remix from the mind of Jerome Ismae.

Meanwhile, Talla's Electric Label also has something in store when it gets set to release an exclusive worldwide signing of a track by Sonic and Jam (former partner of Jam and Spoon). Insiders are already tagging this to be a big hit as they will also be serving up a crazy remix by "Luetzenkirchen". Next up on Electric will be "Villa Nova", a remake of Timo Maas "Orinoko Project", with an updated modern rendition from Jerome Ismae.

On the compilation front, Talla has continued to invite international guests to join him in the ultimate DJ stand off, as his Technoclub series continued this year with the likes of Johan Gielen, M.I.K.E. and Ronald Van Gelderen. Future compilations will include the likes of Rank 1, Simon Patterson and many more.

On the DJ side of things, Talla was signed to 2 new agencies this year for specific territories, Most Wanted in the UK, and Unknown World Management for the US and South America. This will continue to drive Talla and his labels music into areas he has been, and to some areas he has yet to visit

Last but now least Talla has relaunched his website. A great new design, new functions, gadgets, user interface and interactivity. Now you can find out all the latest information about him, his labels and everything that is fresh in his world of dance. You can even get in touch with Talla personally through the guest book, and even listen to some of the music he is currently playing, and this is just the beginning.

So as you can see, there is more than enough reason for why Talla is often referred to as one of the hardest working men in this business. When you have a discography that boasts over a hundred releases, and when every track you release on your label is a monster hit, and the biggest jocks in the world are playing your music, it only makes sense as to why Talla is often thought of as one of the world's most favorite artists.
